The Oriental is one of Brightons original boutique guest houses. It is full of character and just 50 metres from the beach. The guest house has an excellent central location. The city centre, the Lanes and the Brighton Centre are within 5 minutes walk. The Oriental has individual, modern service and style. The Regency guest house has been highly commended by the AA and recommended by, amongst others, Lonely Planet, Time Out and both The Guardian and Independent newspapers. Once home to the notorious Brighton Belle nightclub, the guest house has attracted many well-known guests.

In addition to the facilities listed below, the room includes a curvaceous Italian sink, L'Occitane toiletries and bathroom products, fresh flowers, an aromatherapy light and luxurious duvets and mattresses. Please note that the beds are separate and cannot combine to form a double.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
