Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included.
