Gerrards Hotel is a boutique hotel with individually themed, luxurious rooms. It is in a Regency square just a stroll from the sea, Royal Pavilion and the pier. Brightons famous Lanes and shopping areas are a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has a garden and sun terrace, and in the local area you will find bars, restaurants and individual shops. Gerrards is situated in a vibrant area of central Brighton, close to a range of electric bars, restaurants and individual shops. Located just off St James street which leads down and onto Brighton city centre.
At the south end of the New Steine is our world famous promenade, beach and Brighton's Grand Pier. Stroll along the lower prominade and Madeira Drive to find cafes, bars and seafront shops. To the east is Brighton Marina with a whole host of shops, bars and restaurants and a cinema and bowling alley. To the west you can see the rusty remains of the West Pier, isolated from land and rising skeletally from the sea.
Just a few minutes walk from the hotel you can enjoy the famous Brighton Pavillion. Built in the Indian stlye for the Prince Regent you can wander the grounds, the building itself and even take a guided tour.
There are also a whole other host of theatres, bars and nightclubs to enjoy just a short walk away.
