Perfectly positioned for all of the area’s main attractions, this recently refurbished Victorian building is situated in Kempton, one of the most attractive areas of Brighton. Only recently named as a city, this popular seaside resort has a lively marina and many attractions for both adults and children. The famous Arts Festival in May attracts some of the world's finest performers and artists, but Brighton is bursting with theatrical and musical events all year round. The Alvia Hotel is ideally located just off the seafront, close to the centre of Brighton, with most of the major conference and meetings venues, including the city's major convention centre - the Brighton Centre - only a short walk away.

The 2 Brighton universities (University of Brighton and Sussex University), the teaching hospital and other local businesses are easily accessible by local transport, and the hotel is happy to arrange a taxi for longer distances.
